Events at a Glance

Poolesville has developed a tradition of having quality events.  Starting in the spring and going through December with the Holiday Lighting Ceremony, Poolesville events are an exciting part of the community fabric.  Events are family and kid friendly.  You will find there are multiple events that you will want to attend.  Almost all of our events are in Whalen Commons, located in the heart of Poolesville.  Like colonial era town commons, Whalen Commons has been designed to be the meeting location of the community.  The Commons is a beautiful setting with a lush green lawn and a bandshell for performing arts.  We invite you to attend our events and have a good time in Poolesville.
